Before you order
- What exactly am I buying?
- A sealed vial of lyophilized compound, supplied strictly as a research material. It is not intended for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site describes such a use.
- How do I pay?
- Choose a payment method at checkout and you will get an order number with instructions. Nothing ships until payment is confirmed, and your stock is held for you in the meantime.
- Why is there no card checkout?
- Card networks classify research compounds as a restricted category, so we use direct payment rails instead. It keeps the business stable and the pricing lower than a high-risk processor would allow.
- How long does the hold on my order last?
- Stock is reserved for you for a set window after you order, shown on your order page. If payment has not arrived by then, the hold releases and the vials go back into stock.
- Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
- Not at the moment. We do not currently hold analytical documentation for what we supply, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If your work requires a certificate of analysis, buy from a supplier who provides one.
- How fast does it ship?
- Orders are packed and shipped from Sandy, Utah once payment clears, typically within one business day. Tracking is emailed automatically when the label prints.
- Do you ship internationally?
- No. Domestic United States only.
- Can I return an order?
- Sealed vials that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded. Once a vial has been opened it cannot be returned. The full policy is on the returns page.
- Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
- Pricing is currently the same for everyone. If you are ordering at volume, get in touch and we will talk.
