Shipping

Where we ship

Domestic United States only, to street addresses and P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally and cannot forward orders to a freight forwarder.

Cost

Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under the free shipping threshold shown at checkout. Orders at or above that threshold ship free. The exact amount is calculated in your cart before you pay.

When it ships

Nothing ships until payment is confirmed. Once it clears, orders are typically packed and shipped within one business day. Orders that clear on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment the shipping label is created. It can take several hours for the carrier to show a first scan.

Packaging

Compounds are supplied lyophilized and ship at ambient temperature in discreet outer packaging. Refrigerated transport is not used and is not required for shipment in this form. Store your vials according to the handling notes on the product page once they arrive.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the packaging and we will make it right. Claims must be made within seven days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
